VIP Shopping Experiences
Appointments may be rescheduled when requested at least seven (7) days before the scheduled session.
No refunds are provided for:

Missed appointments
Late arrivals
Failure to attend
Late arrival does not extend appointment time.
If significant technology interruptions occur outside the participant's control, the Company may, at its discretion, extend, reschedule, or partially refund a session.
Consulting Services
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Digital Products & Downloads
Digital products, downloadable materials, educational content, templates, worksheets, recordings, and resources are non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred.
