Payment
Full payment is required before a consultation can be scheduled.
All consultation purchases are non-refundable.
Consultation purchases are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual without prior written approval.
Scheduling
Consultations must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
It is the client's responsibility to schedule an appointment in sufficient time to ensure the consultation is completed within the 30-day period.
Consultations not completed within 30 days of purchase will expire and be forfeited without refund.
Client Information Questionnaire
A completed Client Information Questionnaire is required before your consultation.
After scheduling, you will be automatically redirected to the questionnaire and will also receive a confirmation email containing the questionnaire link.
It is the client's responsibility to complete the questionnaire at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation.
If the completed questionnaire has not been received at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, The Accessory Alchemist reserves the right to reschedule the consultation until the questionnaire has been received.
If the consultation cannot be completed within 30 days of purchase due to the client's failure to submit the required questionnaire, the consultation will expire and be forfeited without refund.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 3 days' notice, subject to availability.
Requests made with fewer than 3 days' notice are not eligible for rescheduling.
Additional reschedule requests are at the sole discretion of The Accessory Alchemist.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Consultations begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the consultation.
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice will forfeit the consultation and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Meet with me for your private Zoom consultation. For Growth Edition clients, show observations will be completed before our meeting.
Step Four
Receive honest feedback, practical recommendations, and actionable next steps designed specifically for your business.
