Mobility & Accessibility Guide
I want every guest to have an enjoyable, comfortable, and realistic understanding of what to expect before applying.
London is an incredible city, but experiencing it fully means spending long days exploring markets, museums, and neighborhoods on foot.
This guide is intended to help you determine whether The London Experience is the right fit for your individual needs.
What to Expect
A typical day may include:
• Walking several miles throughout the day
• Standing for extended periods while shopping and exploring
• Navigating uneven sidewalks, cobblestones, and outdoor markets
• Climbing stairs, including some tube stations that may not have elevators or escalators
• Using London's public transportation, including trains, buses, and the Underground
• Carrying your own purchases throughout the day
• Full activity days that often last 8–10 hours
• Walking in a variety of weather conditions, including rain, heat, or cooler temperatures
Luggage
Guests must be able to manage their own luggage through airports, train stations, and hotels.
Medical & Mobility Considerations
The London Experience is not designed as an accessible or assisted tour. I am unable to provide personal physical assistance or medical care during the trip.
If you use a mobility aid, have concerns about walking long distances, standing for extended periods, or have any medical considerations that could affect your participation, I encourage you to contact me before applying. I'm happy to discuss the itinerary, daily activities, and whether this experience is likely to be a good fit for your needs.
My Commitment
My goal is for every guest to arrive confident, prepared, and excited—not surprised. If you have questions before applying, please reach out. I'm always happy to help you determine whether The London Experience is right for you.
If you have further questions, please visit the Contact page.
