(This fee is not due at the time of application. It is only due if you are selected and choose to participate. Payment will follow the schedule outlined in your Trip Guide.)
• Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable and required at the time of application)
• The $50 Application Fee is valid for applications submitted during the current calendar year only.
• Applicants who are not selected may be considered for future departures within the same calendar year but may be required to submit a new application and fee in a subsequent calendar year.
• Group size is limited to five participants, and submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
• In addition to the selected participants, three to five alternate applicants may be chosen. Alternates may be contacted if a selected participant declines their invitation or is unable to participate.
• If selected, you will receive a Trip Guide and Acknowledgement & Agreement Form containing important trip details, policies, expectations, payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and refund information.
• Selection does not obligate you to join the trip. Selected applicants will have 72 hours from the time these documents are sent to review the information and decide whether they wish to participate.
• The Organizer Fee covers participation in the London Experience , which includes 3 full jewelry shopping days, a museum visit with iconic London shopping, an Afternoon Tea Meet & Greet, West End theatre tickets, and the Cocktail Lounge Jewelry Show & Tell.
• The Organizer Fee does not include airfare, accommodations, meals, local transportation, sightseeing activities not specifically included in the itinerary, travel insurance, personal shopping or sourcing purchases, customs duties, tariffs, shipping costs, or other personal expenses.
This trip involves extensive walking, public transportation, crowded markets, stairs, uneven surfaces, and full days of activity. Please ensure you are comfortable with the physical demands of this experience before applying.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of illness, emergency, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The purpose of this application is to help create the best possible experience for everyone by ensuring a good fit for the itinerary, pace, and group dynamic.
Please note that not all applicants will be selected for every trip. Selection is based on the needs of a particular departure and is not a reflection of your value as a person, collector, or traveler.
